Sumi Open Kitchen is hiring an professional chef with strong passion and experience with Japanese cuisine.
The menu is omakase chef’s trust set menu 4 or 6 course.
We want the menu to be always fresh and quality. It will always be changing with the availability of new ingredients and the change of the season. We will focus on classic dishes but we're not afraid to mix it up with some fun ides that break from Japanese tradition.
The chefs we’re looking for -
•Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests
•Has experience at least 1 year of commercial cooking
•Ability to create a high level, creative and inventive menu
•An enthusiastic team player – making work fun and enjoyable for your team
•An interest and knowledge of past, current, and upcoming local & international food trends
•Full time annual salary/ part time/ casual
