Yumei restaurant is located in Sydney's CBD just close to Chinatown.
The Head Chef will be responsible for the following operations in the restaurant:

*Staff development and training.
*Menu planning, costing and design.
*Ordering of all goods relevant to the business

This role would be ideal for an experienced chef over 10 years.
Salary will be depending on experience. (negotiable)
