Hi, I'm looking for a new housemate who'd like to live with Nick and I in a cosy three bedroom house. Nick and I are young working professional in our late twenties and would like to find someone who is fun, social and tidy.
We often like to cook for each other and enjoy a drink or two on the weekend or after work. The house, bathroom and kitchen is kept clean as we are both tidy, and also respects each other's privacy. Friends and family are always welcome to come over.

The details about the room is as follows
- Private master ensuite (private bathroom)
- Furnished or unfurnished (optional)
- Rent is $220 per week (excl. bills)
- Bond: 4 weeks
