これまでの経過：
パブで知り合ったKaoriさんとBradさん。お付き合いを始めて1年が経過したころ、ふたりはめでたくゴールイン！？が、式当日」、ふたりの前にある男性が現れた…。

結婚式まで残すところ2時間…

Brad: Who's that standing at the door? One of your friends?
玄関先に立っているのは誰だ？カオリの友達かい？

Kaori: No, guy friends of mine are here… darling, can you get me my perfume?
私の男友達なんてよんでないけど…ねぇ私の香水とってもらっていい？

Brad: But Kaori, I think he wants to talk to you？ You better take a look.
でも君に話したそうにしているけど、ちょっと見てよ。

Kaori: Brad, can't you see that I'm busy? Oh, ok…
忙しくしているのが分らないの？　わかったわ…

Ben: Hi Kaori, it has been too long.
カオリ、ここまで長かったよ。

Kaori: Ben? Is that you? What the hell are you doing here? And how on earth did you find me?
ベン？あなたなの？一体ここで何をしているの？どうやってここが分ったの？

Brad: Ben? Who the hell is Ben? I thought you said there were no guy friends here today?

Kaori: Ah, yeah I did, but Ben…, he is…
あ…たしかにそう言ったわ…でもベンは…

Ben: I can't believe you are doing this to me!
こんなことになってしまうなんてひどいじゃないか！

Kaori: What are you talking about? You're the one who left me in the first place!
何言ってるの？あなたが私を置いていったんじゃない！

Brad: What the hell is going on!? Leaving you? You have some bloody explaining to do Kaori!
一体何が起こってるんだ？彼が君を置き去りに？ちゃんと説明してくれよカオリ！

Kaori: We need to talk.
ちゃんと話しましょう。

Brad: Oh yeah we demn do!
あぁもちろんだ！

Kaori: Not you, with Ben I mean.
あなたとじゃなくて、ベンと。

Brad: What the…？
どういうこと？

Kaori: Nothing to worry about Brad, I just want to talk with Ben, and get things straight. I will be back trust me!
ブラッド、心配することはないわ。ただベンと話して状況をクリアにしたいの。戻ってくるから、信じて！

※'get things straight'とは物事を'まっすぐ'にするという意味で、「状況をクリアにする」「正しく理解してもらう」「物事を整理する」などといったときに使用する表現。
